At Ordinary Closet, we design minimal essentials built for everyday wear. If something isn’t right, we offer returns under the following terms:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify:

Undamaged.

In original condition.

With original tags attached.
Returns requested after 5 days will not be accepted.

Do not ship items back without approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ordinary Closet is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
After inspection:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 3–5 business days.
